Dr. McGrew has been a member of the AAVP since 2008. She is on faculty at Colorado State University, and enjoys pursuing her passions in teaching and marine parasitology diagnostics. She currently serves as head of the Parasitology section in the CSU Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratories. In 2015, Dr. McGrew passed the Parasitology board exams and is now a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Microbiologists (Parasitology).

Marine parasitology diagnostics, host/toxicant/parasite interactions, anthelmintic resistance in cattle, mercury exposure in helminths of gray wolves and marine mammals, Walleye Dermal Sarcoma Virus/NF-kb signaling, immunophenotyping in bottlenose dolphins
