AAVP 2021 Annual Meeting

The 2021 AAVP meeting is going to be in Lexington, KY and (optionally) virtually. It is highly recommended you register early for the meeting whether you are a presenter or an attendee.

If you choose to order a hard copy of the proceedings book (US $45.00), complete with the schedule, abstracts, awardee information, sponsor information, membership directory and other information, it will be shipped to you after the meeting. Electronic versions of the proceedings will be made available for paid registrants.

While the in-person meeting is scheduled for June 19-22, the virtual components will remain available until August 22, 2021. However, please allow 24-48 hours for your registration to be processed and logon information to be provided. If you would like access to attend the scheduled live hybrid sessions (plenaries, award recipient presentations and sponsored sessions), we will need your registration by midnight (EDT) on Thursday, June 17, 2021.

On-line registration payments, with or without proceedings purchases, can be completed by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.).

The AAVP meeting registration fee supports the costs of running the meeting. Only members of the AAVP and fully-registered non-members will be allowed access to the virtual scientific sessions.

Membership dues for 2021 must be paid in full, prior to registering at the "member" rate.

AAVP annual membership dues are not included in the meeting registration fee, but can be paid separately during the registration process; however, membership will only be good through the calendar year 2021.

Registrations are not transferable.
